      Please understand that as all our dresses are made to order from scratch, we require a tailoring period of 7-9 working days and a shipping time of 3-8 days. We are sorry to say that if you ordered today, there’s a risk it might not reach you in the next 14 days as you requested.

      Unfortunately we cannot rush orders for our made-to-order dresses, since we receive and process many orders on a daily basis and cannot risk compromising quality.

      the dress was very similar to the picture. I chose it in a different color.
      Why we cant see the color on the dress?
      I had to use my imagination when choosing the color.

      I received the dress earlier than I expected. It fit everywhere but the shoulders, where I had to put darts. The dress was beautiful after I altered it.

      Ich habe dieses Kleid in der Farbe Grape geordert und maßanfertigen lassen. Mit dem Kleid könnte ich nicht zufriedener sein, trotzdem werde ich NIE WIEDER bei light in the box kaufen, weil ich so viel Ärger mit ups hatte. UPS hat mir gegen Nachnahme das Kleid geliefert, Auslieferung nur gegeb Barzahlung, und schickt mir nun seit Monaten einen Mahnbrief nach dem anderen, weil ich angeblich nicht bezahlt habe. Der Zahlungseingang wurde bei UPS nicht korrekt verbucht, und ich habe mittlerweile Stunden am Telefon verbracht, um die Sache zu klären.
      Wie gesagt, gegen LitB ist nichts zu sagen, ausser das ihr Lieferant UPS wirklich eine zumutung ist, und deshalb werde ihc hier nicht mehr kaufen. Schade!

Der Kurier hätte Ihnen die Kosten nicht richtig erklärt und zur erfolgreicher Zustellung meinstens als Nachnahmegebühr erklärt. Wir machen normalerweise keine Rückerstattung für Einfuhrsteuer. Es tut uns wirklich sehr Leid. Aufgrund unserer bisherigen Erfahrung kommt es sehr selten zu Problemen bei der Einfuhr, jedoch haben wir keinen Einfluss auf Zollkontrollen. Einfuhrzölle, Steuern und Gebühren (MwSt.) sind nicht in den Artikelpreis oder Versandkosten eingeschlossen, deshalb sind unsere Produkten mit Top Qualität aber niedrigsten Preisen.
