• I ordered a dress & I have a concern...

  My concern is: I ordered a customized dress & when I took my measurements there is one area that stated to take my measurements in my bare feet, and another area said to take them with my shoes on that I will be wearing. So, I took them with 3 inch heels on... Will you account for this when making the dress??? I want the dress as I have viewed in the picture, not 3 inches lower. This is my concern.

  To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement (e.g. if you'd like to wear 12cm heels, just add 7cm to your hollow to floor length). • Custom measurements and shoe height.

  I am going to order this dress using custom measurements. Your measurement guide says you add on 5cm for heels. As all your other measurements are in inches do you mean 5 inches? 5cm seems like a very low heel? As my heels are 12 cm high do I need to add more onto my barefoot height so the dress will be long enough?

  If I order this dress in burgundy, will the sequins be a different shade than those on the red version of the dress, or will the dress have red sequins and a burgundy chiffon layer on top?

  2, No, the fabric is not stretchable.
  3, You should measure your bust size with bra.
  4, Hollow to Floor is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
  5, No, you don't need to provide your cup size.
  6, No, we do not offer two clear straps.

  Hi Im VERY interested in this dress it looks absoloutley beautiful. I have however bought dresses on the internet before that have not fit me as the size in Australia is quite different. If it does not fit can i send the dress back for a refund? Also I need this dress for a special occasion on the 18 of November, will the dress get to me in Australia in time if i purchase it within the next 3 days?

• I am wondering if I can receive this dress earlier?

  I ordered the dress and just seen that its going to be shipped by 28th October. If I knew this when i ordered I would never have ordered it because I need it to wear on 29th October. Anytime after that its not worth me having it. Its not custom made.....what do you suggest....should I cancel?
