  hi i order this dress on may 16 , i am wondering if it will get here before june ! for my prom ??

  Please understand that as all our dresses are made to order from scratch, we require a tailoring period of 15-19 working days and a shipping time of 3-8 days. And we will send an email to notify our customers once their package is shipped.

• altering dress once made

  I am to be in a bridal party with this dress. I intend on losing some weight prior to wedding however, I need to get the process started now at my current weight/measurements. Am I able to get the dress altered by a local dressmaker to fit my size once I lose the weight once the dress has already been made?

  Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

• Requesting a Burgundy swatch?

  Good Day,
  
  I have a wedding to attend this coming November and there has been a last minute colour change to the bridal party.
  
  I was hoping that you might be so kind as to send a Burgundy swatch for the Sheath/Cloumn Sweetheart Evening Dress?
  
  Should the colour suit the grooms party, I would be very interesed in purchasing one dress to sample sizing, fit, length etc (everything that comes with trying on a dress).
  
  From here I would then decide whether I would want to purchase general sizes or custom sizes. I would be looking at purchasing 3 dresses in total.
  
  Are you able to assist in any way? Your feedback will be much appreciated.

  This dress looks like it has a very fitted/sleek fit (like on the model) but I want it to fit a bit more flowy and loose around the belly and hip area (like it does on the review picture of this dress) so how many more inches should I add in my custom measurement?

  Sie haben 30% Chance, das Zollgebühr zahlen zu müssen. Sie müssen nur bei Zustellung des Packets dem Kurier das Steuer geben, sondern nicht persönlich zum Zollamt zu fahren. Aufgrund unserer bisherigen Erfahrung kommt es sehr selten zu Problemen bei der Einfuhr, jedoch haben wir keinen Einfluss auf Zollkontrollen. Einfuhrzölle, Steuern und Gebühren (MwSt.) sind nicht in den Artikelpreis oder Versandkosten eingeschlossen.
