I wrote a nice review a couple of months ago and said I would follow up with pictures. The wedding was beautiful and everybody commented on my beautiful dress. I'm not a young bride or a skinny bride, but I thought the dress made me look elegant. Thanks so much for a beautiful well made dress.

When I read the reviews I was delighted to find that I could, for an added $10, order specially to my body measurements. However, I was close enough that I decided I would chance it and order the 16W. My bust measurement was one inch bigger than the chart, but I thought I could lose a little weight prior to my wedding day if it was too tight. I read the review that said there is no give in the bust area. Somebody else said the bust was too loose. It was my experience that the bust measurement given is EXACTLY the bust measurement that you get. I received the dress in record time. I was delighted with the fast service. I am a widow and live alone and had nobody to help me zip it up. I couldn't get it zipped anyway. I zipped it right up to the bottom of the beading and it wouldn't go any further. I immediately started on a diet and looked at this dress hanging in my bedroom as my goal. After I had only lost one or two pounds I could get it completely zipped up, but could hardly breathe. I have now lost 8 pounds and it fits perfectly. My goal is to lose another 20 pounds or so by my December 26 wedding day. If it is too loose I'll just put in a little padding. But I don't think it will be too loose. I'll take a bunch of pictures at the wedding and post them. I'm 56 years old, 5'6", a overweight. The dress makes me look slender and young. The dress does hang on the ground several inches, which is just beautiful. I won't be walking very far or very fast in this dress. For someone who needs a modest dress that is also SO beautiful, this dress is for you! It is so well made, like a $500 dress.

i love this dress. i ordered a 24. it is plenty long enough for my 5-11 hieght, actually needs to be hemmed but that is ok. i tried many dresses on in the stores and they weren't long enough or not available in my size. this dress in navy filled all my needs for my daughter's wedding for next spring. i was extremely impressed with the fine craftmanship of this dress. the finish work is exquisite and extremely professional of the highest quality. this dress far surpasses other dresses i tried on. this was made for me thanks for creating dresses for the larger and taller woman , not many do and your comapny does it with style and grace for the fuller figure. thanks for letting me feel like a queen. you save the day for me at one third the cost easily. thanks

Ordered this dress for a wedding. Came in a month, fit perfectly (I didn't bother custom fitting because my measurements were an exact match to the size 12), fabric is super comfortable. The length is very long and lies along the floor a few inches, but it's an easy alteration if you want it shorter. The sleeves are sheer and the neckline is low, so I'll be wearing a shader shirt underneath to cover up. Excellent dress, especially for the price!

So excited to have the gown! It is beautiful and came just in time. I had to shorten in but I am going to use the extra material to add a little something. It fits true to size, although it is worth noting that the fit around the bust is designed to be snug. Absolutely recommend!

received my dress today & I LOVE it. it fits so well. the only thing is that I can not order it tea length so now I have to pay for alteration to shorten it. I don't understand why I can't order the right length because now the extra fabrics are wasted.
