As this was the first clothing item I buy online, I as a bit hesitant. However, I was not disappointed! I'm usually a size 8, so I got me a size 8 and it was as if it was made for me--the length, color, and feel of it was perfect. The dress fit perfectly to our custom measurements. It is a stunning dress and I look forward to wearing it out. There was a slight hiccup with the style of zipper that was used but LightInTheBox has fantastic customer service and have sorted out a suitable solution. Would definatly recomend and use again myself.

The dress was perfectly made to the dimensions we supplied, it is exactly as we expected from the description and pictures on your website and has been assembled to an extremely high quality. Delivery was well within the timings originally given to us and the dress was carefully packaged so that there was little risk of any damage in transit. My daughter will wear it for her 18th Birthday masquerade ball and is thrilled with it!

I custom ordered this dress since I am only 5'2". The dress arrived well ahead of the scheduled date and is absolutely beautiful. It fit me perfectly. The small additional price for custom measurements is totally worth it. The quality is very good and I can't wait to wear it at my sons wedding. Now I am shopping for the flower girl dress and will probably order it from Light in the Box too.

I Love MY DRESS.....it fit PERFECT except the sleeves were a little big...I was afraid it would not come in time for the black tie event we were going to(Dec. 17)talked to a young man in customer service who advised me to order the dress as soon as possible but he could not make any promises....this was on a Wed. night....however, I couldn't order it until Thurs, night/ Friday morning Dec.2....long story short....my dress arrived Wed. Dec.14, took it to have it altered Thurs. FORGOT to pick it up Friday....Saturday morning I was at the door waiting for them to open!!! Still needing to have it steamed...the Wedding Center here in Lexington, Ky steamed it for me...done by 1pm. event was at 6pm Sat. night..........My husband and I looked fabulous for the Event ....Thank you Light in the box yall did an AWESOME job....next time I won't be waiting till the last minute and I WILL be referring people to this site.

You can see in the specification part: tailoring time 7 to 9 working days and shipping time 3 to 8 working days, so about 3 weeks you can get it because they are made from scratch.
If you choose expedited shipping method(fastest shipping method here) when you checkout, it takes about 10 to 14working days to you.
This is the fastest time.

Q: My order was stopped because of a measurement question, how do I restart the order? Hello, my order number is 1201191302222965 and may be listed under Valerie Vincent. We received an e-mail stating that there was a question about the measurement from the hollow to the floor for this dress. The 53 in measurement was correct. The dress is for a petite woman who is 5ft tall. I measured from the hollow of her shoulder to the floor, this was done correctly?
