A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.

I ordered this dress and 5 weeks later it had arrived, in a small box. I was worried about the quality , but i suprised positive. The wedding dress was wonderful and so cheap. hear in greece in boutique are very expensive. The customer service response was excellent. I am sure that I will order fromm this site again.
