At first I wasn't aware that it was shipping from China and it
would take 15-30 days and was bummed to learn about that later but was surprised when it showed up in 10 days.
Everything looks as it does on line and the set up looks simple.
The design is nice.
I haven't installed it yet because our bathroom isn't ready.
I gave it 4 stars because it states "Faucet can be used less than 500,000 times without leak"...hopefully it'll last a long time and not wear and tear easily.
