I ordered the wrong product (a bathroom fixture) and Light in the Box - had it pulled and my new one shipped - without a hitch.
The best part is the fixture is amazing, it is well made, beautiful and I am thrilled. So I ordered my shower from here too.

The matter was resolved very fast. within 2 days a solution was found. very happy with there service and the products. the faucet in question had some spots you could see if you lookt carfully and a few sligthly damagd spots, so I got 50% refund and for the broken bleutooth dongle 100%. so everybody is happy. The other faucet for the bath is beautiful. And I can't wait to see the bathroom finished with the beautiful faucet. I think it will look lik we spend a lot of money on the bathroom.
