Could not ask for a better quality and looks. It was a breeze to install and I am an accountant with talents for numbers only. I have had this product for 1 year and 8 months and I had to replace the muzzle after 8 months and last June 2012 the inside of the hose unpluged from the outside casing. After the 1st problem I sent an email to light in the box following, they told me that the warranty was expired and I had to pay for the muzzle, they wanted $20 I dealt it for $10. Following the 2nd problem I did not ask anything from Light in the box knowing in advance their answer. I went to Home depot, purchased a replacement faucet and thru the old one in the thrash can. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT'S SCRAP. NOT WORTH A PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON IT. (3 MONTHS) Since when a faucet worth being called a faucet only has 3 months warranty, had I known that before I would have not bought it.

We received this faucet in less than a week. It is solid. Exactly as advertised. We are really happy with the purchase.

Note: We did have to pay an extra $17 for Canadian customs when we received it.

I am very happy with the sevice and quality of my products I have recieved from light in the box. The only thing I don't like is the C.O.D. for the dilivery it kind of gets me as a surprise everytime. I only wish that was an expence we did not have to add to the price. But other then that Love the products and the priceing is also good. :)

Great looking Tap and can't wait to install it - but two quick comments - UK customers beware as when Tap arrived I have to pay additional customs impoprt tax on it - wasn't expecting this. Also there are no real detailed instructions about installation - well there is, but for a different tap.
Other than those 2 minor points, very fast shipping and looks/feel great

here in the UK we call these taps, not faucets. nonetheless, this is a great one. good looking, high quality, easy to install, works well. and all this for a fraction (approx. 1/3) of the price of a similar tap here in the UK. it replaced a tap by a premium brand which was rubbish... and broke after 3 years.

hi, l am interested to order this faucet model, but l would like to make sure that all items will be deliver together as package, l have two water cold/hot outlet on the marble sink, have l to consider that the adaptors hose will be bringing attached?

  • The base swivels when I move the faucet to left and right sinks, how do I stablized?

    When purchased, I had no instructions and I may had not received all the parts...Pkg seems to be rewrapped...from Amazon? I purchased the escheoleon, that's not what is moving, its the part with the off and on handle that's moving with the goose neck part of the faucet.
