Received this kitchen faucet in double quick time. Very happy with the way it was packaging and the speed of delivery. Have yet to have it installed.

I have wanted to freshen up my Kitchen, and this is the perfect compliment. With aching wrists this is the perfect product for ease with the taps. As I can't afford to pay out and a little knowledge from my father growing up. I have installed it myself. I thought the instructions were great for a plumber but not so much for D.I.Y. Perhaps explaining if you should attach everything to the faucet before it goes in the sink hole and leaving the weight till last, also letting a person know to put something around the pipe that attaches to the tap so things don't disappear down the hole before you are ready to attach the tap. I am looking forward to years of ease with this product and I am very happy.

We have this kitchen faucet installed for a month. It works very good. To be honest we don't switch very often between the normal and shower modus. Installation was a bit tricky, but it has succeeded with help of some adapter rings. Until this moment we are satisfied about this product.

Probably we would not read correctly, but afterwards we were quite surprised by a bill for extra duties.
