I bought this LED faucet just over a year ago and it has been the 'talk of the town' ever since..!!
It works very well, it is beautiful giving bright vibrant colors which change from blue to red depending on the water temperature and its so simple to operate being a single lever.
I am planning to install the same type in my whole house and will highly recommend this excellent faucet to all my friends and anybody else..!!

My 11 year old's dream come true. A waterfall faucet with an LED light. What more could you ask for. Except the price was so amazing I could order two for both sinks. Delivery was super fast too. Sure saved me alot of time and effort using this website. Would definitely do it again.

I was a little unsure when i first saw the Faucet, wasnt sure if it would fit my sink, but i read the reviews which helped a lot. I had seen taps similar to this one , but without the lightup function in my local DIY store for nearly 4 times as much. i recieved the order in under a week, it was amazingly quick. I am very very happy its a fantastic tap, my kids love bringing all there friends home to see there POSH tap (as they call it, lol) .
One of the reviews i read had mentioned that the light sometimes doesnt turn off, & that all you need to do is run your finger along the spout of the tap & the light goes out, this is true , BUT i think this is great as when i need to use the toilet in the midle of the night i turn the tap on for a second just to start the lightup function, so i dont ned to desturb my husband by turning on the ensuite light. FANTASTIC!!!!!!

  • Dear Claire,
    There might be one of the following three reasons that result in the LED light faulty.
    One reason is that the impurities or scale inside the faucet still leads to the electric conduction. Please wash away that impurities and scale with water in that case. If it does not work, you may refer to the second reason and try another way.
    Second reason is certain water is left in the faucet that can conduct the electricity even you have switched off the faucet. If this happens, please turn the faucet to the cold water side and switch the water on/off as soon as possible. In that way, the water can be removed from the faucet. If this method does not work, it might be something wrong with the LED circuit. Please log in to “My Orders,” click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs.   • Hoe krijg ik de led verlichting uit van de kraan? Als ik de watertoevoer afsluit, gaat led niet uit.

    Beste klantenservice,

    Ik heb bij u een set badkranenen gekocht voor ca een maand geleden. Na aansluiten van de kranen werkte de ledverlichting perfect. Bij het openen van de kraan ging de led branden. en vervolgens bij het sluiten van de watertoevoer, weer uit.

    Nu heb ik sinds gisteravond dat een van de kranen een storing geeft. Bij het sluiten van de watertoevoer gaat de led verlichting niet meer uit. Ik heb nu het kabeltje maar uit de batterijhouder getrokken maar dat lijkt me niet de bedoeling.

    Kunt u mij hiervoor een oplossing aanreiken? Ik vind het erg vervelend dat de storing nu al op treedt. De kranen zijn nauwelijks gemonteerd.
