FEATURED REVIEW

It took me a while to get my ensuite to the point where I could install these awesome taps. Let's just say it was worth the wait. I had reservations about installing something that wasn't purchased locally and potentially having problems finding pieces to fit the faucet to my plumbing. There was no need for me to worry because the taps installed quickly and easily and they look phenomenal. I've taken videos to show all my friends the colour changing. Everyone wants the URL for the LITB website!

I have actually purchased 1 of these faucets waterfall , I done it on my bathroom. My friend asked where I purchased it and Hard to find in Singapore. They say that it looks very expensive. When I tell them I bought it online and the price are good . they are amazed and want more information on how they can get one themselves.

Very impressed with the quality for such a reasonable price. Had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but this was a good trade-off for such a unique faucet. Like noted by another reviewer, some water sometimes remains in the faucet and causes the LED lights to stay on. If this happens, just touch your finger to the end and the faucet and the "stuck" water falls out and the lights turn off. We will buy again from this company.

I placed my order on 10th April (11 items in total of taps and showers) and goods arrived to my door in New Zealand by 28th April. They were well packaged and when we opened the boxes not one item was broken, damaged or marked. Impressed. The item looks amazing and cannot wait to get it installed. We are in the process of building a new house so have not had the item installed so cannot comment but will update once fitted and in use. Would buy from them again.

led blue not working

as soon as I turn on starts as green hot works but blue worked for one day help please?

Does this faucet come with a pop up drain?

I noticed that in one of the customer's pictures that it did, and in the manufacturer's pics it looks like it has a place for it. But I'm not 100% certain.

How do you get the large battery box through the small tap whole on the sink?

I cant see how you separate the wire as it is encased in plastic? The instructions show two parts we only have a complete piece

Why won't LTB respond to my concern? Do you think the tap working for only 5 months is acceptable?

We installed the tap and it worked for about 5 months; we have tried several set of new brand name batteries and it still doesn`t work and LTB has not responded to my concerns.

Light won't go off on faucet. Water stays under glass

How do you get the water to run out from under the glass so lights go out. Light was on all night because of water under the glass....
