How are you supposed to get the battery box through the tap whole?

It took me a while to get my ensuite to the point where I could install these awesome taps. Let's just say it was worth the wait. I had reservations about installing something that wasn't purchased locally and potentially having problems finding pieces to fit the faucet to my plumbing. There was no need for me to worry because the taps installed quickly and easily and they look phenomenal. I've taken videos to show all my friends the colour changing. Everyone wants the URL for the LITB website!

How do you separate the wire to get the battery box through the small tap whole?

I have actually purchased 1 of these faucets waterfall , I done it on my bathroom. My friend asked where I purchased it and Hard to find in Singapore. They say that it looks very expensive. When I tell them I bought it online and the price are good . they are amazed and want more information on how they can get one themselves.

Very impressed with the quality for such a reasonable price. Had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but this was a good trade-off for such a unique faucet. Like noted by another reviewer, some water sometimes remains in the faucet and causes the LED lights to stay on. If this happens, just touch your finger to the end and the faucet and the "stuck" water falls out and the lights turn off. We will buy again from this company.

Just installed my faucet yesterday, and I love it. The quality is very good, and the light is like no other. One concern is that the light does not go out, because water remains in the faucet, after you turn it off. Not sure how to resolve that. I just submitted the question to customer service, and hopefully they will be able to help me.

Hi Marsha - I had the same problem - light not going out. Batteries ran out very quickly then shortly after replacing them the LED stopped functioning completely. However Light in the Box have agreed to replace it at no charge - there may have been a fault. Susi

Love this faucet. Easy to install. everyone that sees it thinks is so diffenrent & cool and want to know where we got.

I wish it came in touchless/sensor style.
