• LED lights, do they wear out/stop working, can they be replaced?

  If the light stops working can the light be replaced and if so where can they be purchased?

  The LED light can last for 2-3 year,and if you need a repalcement for the LED light, please tell us your requirements by logging in to “My Orders”, opening your order and using the links on the Order Details page to submit a Customer Service request explaining your needs. • how far above the top of a bath does this tap need to be installed?

  i have recently ordered this item and have to say i am really impressed with the quality and speedy delivery of the item, can't wait to install it now and was just wondering whether there is a perfect height that the tap should be situated at above a bath for the minimum amount of splashing? or can it be put where ever we think it will be appropriate? thankyou, kind regards

  There is no perfect height to install the tap as different amount of water flow may influence the amount of splashing.
  The distance from the tap to the bath depends on your preference. Only if you feel comfortable when you use this tap, you may install the tap in that height. Thank you for shopping with us:)

• alle befestigungsschrauben hinten ??

  wie haben sie sich das vorgestellt wie man den schwall weghaut wenn die Befestigungsschraube hinten liegt? Dichtungen etc. sind nach einbau nicht mehr zu wechseln oder wie soll das funktionieren?

• Posso avere supporto tecnico?

  Sono circa trenta giorni che utilizzo il rubinetto, oggi dallo stesso ogni volta che lo apro, manifesta una vibrazione anomala e i led si accendono a intermittenza, da cosa è dovuto? è un difetto del rubinetto?
