A: A: Please allow 8-15 business days for your Made-to-Measure wrap to arrive. Each wrap must be tailored before it can be shipped to you, so delivery times are slightly longer for these special items. For full details, see our shipping information

A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. Q: Can I order this wrap in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each wrap is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. Q: Will my wrap exactly match the color I see on your website?

shawl I ordered in black it is very smart. the only bad thing about the order was having to pay customs and exice duty on deliverey a real downer another £11.45 ! on top of £10.45 postage: By judithnoelle43 May 07, 2013

I bought this expecting it to look cheap but was like hey its 12 dollars. To my surprise it looked just like the ones they sell in the bridal stores for hundreds of dollars. I would recommend this to any of my friends.

I ordered three of these faux fur shawls for my bridal party. They are great value for money. Delivery was very quick arriving within 2-3 days. These will be a great item to keep us all warm for our winter wedding. Items are exactly as pictured. The shawl however does not button up, but can easily be put on over one's head.
