      I had ordered this wrap & some gloves as a present 4 my future daughter in law, as this wrap looks so beautifull on the photo & would go with her wedding gown beautifully. I have had just one big problem , the parcel arrived via UPS & an obnoxious parcel delivery guy knocked at my door & he asked me for another £18 before i could have my parcel containing the wrap etc , said i had no extra money in the house at the time & what was this £18 for , he said import chargesfor outside the EU which i had never been told about & if i did'nt give him the money i could'nt have my parcel , so i never got the wrap etc as he took the parcel away. The reason for writing the review is to say a great big thankyou to the customer services live Chat person called JOE who i contacted about my delivery problems , he was a great help & told me exactly what to do to sort the problem out , hopefully it will be resolved one way or another, no thanks to UPS and their appaling attitude towards customers. So a big Thankyou again customer services
