absolutely love my fur wrap. only problem is, I ordered one cream and one black and got two black instead.
My fault though for not checking the order properly.

I wanted to buy my Mother a useful birthday present for the cold winter weather as she has recently been very ill. I found your website very easily and saw the wonderful poncho / capes you had on sale and for a good price. I ordered and within a week my Mother received her Birthday present. We would have liked a Light Brown cape but as these had sold out, I purchased the dark grey. The cape is a beautiful quality and although it does not open on the side as we thought it would, we were very pleased with the product, the fast delivery and the fact that it is well made. In the recent bad weather in England this has kept my Mother warm and is a real life saver. We shall certainly consider ordering more products from this website. I would recommend ordering from Light in the Box. A happy customer! AM

I ordered this for my daughter (maid of honor) for a wedding. I was initially skeptical ordering something that I feared was unreturnable. Got it last night and it looks great. AS pictured in ivory. Will work well with her gown and can be worn casually also. Shipping was a bit high, but all in all, very happy with this purchase.

I also have previously ordered the Brown expecting it will be like the colour shown in the pic, When I recieved the wrap it arrived as chocolate brown COMPLETELY different baring no resemblence to the pic above. I have ordered extensively with LITB and the pictures have always been an accurate indication of the colours despite allowing for a monitor difference. I want to order another wrap in the brown, but want it as per pictured, this is the colour I want. Can you confirm it will not be Chocolate colour but similar to the picture above. I will wait for a responcee... Kind regards

I am very pleased with the dark gray rabbit fur poncho I ordered from yourselves. However, I paid for postage and packing and when It was delivered the UPS man pointed it out that it was COD, which is stamped on the parcel and i had to pay another £19.00. Please could you let me know why and if possible refund the difference. Many thanks.

    the only options for color selection is white, brown, grey and Ivory. I want to order the brown one as shown in the picture; as a light brown. Is this available or only in dark brown? as I noticed as a photo taken in the comment section.

    It is concerning because if my hair is done professionally i do not want to dischevel it by taking this wrap on and off. If there are buttons that will make it easier, and safer for the hair.
