A: A: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your Made-to-Measure wrap to arrive. Each wrap must be tailored before it can be shipped to you, so delivery times are slightly longer for these special items. For full details, see our shipping information

A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. lovely wrap bought to wear over a bridesmaid dress. On small side so had to alter but otherwise good quality and well made

Il copri spalle è molto bello, sta molto bene insieme al vestito. E' arrivato in tempo, l'unica cosa che non è perfetta: le cuciture, rispetto al abito comprato sempre da voi che è cucito perfettamente.

bof, la matère n'est pas trop mal mais la finition est mauvaise, c'est assez mal cousu, et il y a beaucoup de petits fils qui dépassent

j'ai reçu cette étole en ivoire le rendu est très joli de plus ce qui n'est pas très visible sur la photo derrière ça fait comme trois volants donc petit + sympa et le papillon fermoir en strass est très joli, un très bon rapport qualité prix

Why is it taking so long to process my order?

I ordered in on 12th November thinking this would be plenty of time as I needed it for 26th November. Now I am concerned that it won't be here on time and I'm still going to have to try and find something in the shops.
