Buenas noches.

Hice un pedido hace unos días, y el día 3 de Abril envié copia de la tarjeta y la identificación del tarjetahabiente y hoy me encuentro con que cancelaron mi pedido.

Mi pregunta es, cuándo me van a hacer el reembolso? Y si pudieran aclararme por qué lo cancelaron se los agradecería.

Quedo a espera de su respuesta.

PD: Tienen en este momento las copas en inventario? Quisiera saberlo antes de volver a hacer el pedido.

He escrito al Servicio de Atención al Cliente, como me lo recomienda, dos veces ya y no he tenido respuesta.
Esto me preocupa, porque efectivamente en la tarjeta ya me aparece el pago hecho pero como cancelaron mi pedido no tengo las copas.
Agradecería que me ayudara con esto pues necesito saber que va a pasar con el reembolso.

Buenas tardes,

Aún no recibo respuesta sobre el reembolso del pedido que me cancelaron.

Sigo esperando q me den respuesta sobre el reembolso de mi dinero. Ya q las copas nunca me llegaron.

La verdad estoy muy molesta, porque el cobro lo hicieron en cuestión de segundos. Cancelaron mi pedido en cuestión de 10 días. Pero llevo casi un mes preguntando por el reembolso y nadie me da respuesta.

Lo q tengo q pensar es q me están robando o me van a solucionar en algún momento?

Por favor, estoy esperando una respuesta y agradezco q me sea dada pronto.

EL PROBLEMA K SI LO PONE EN LA ESPECIFICACION TE COPIO EL TEXTO DONDE LO PONE:
