One Word, PERFECT! I was a first time customer when I ordered this wedding dress. Lightinthebox was referred to me by friends that ordered bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns from Lightinthebox.com. The quality and price of the dresses seemed too good to be true! After shopping around locally and trying on tons of bridal gowns, I could not find a dress that was in my budgett. So I decided to take the risk and order from the internet! ...I am so happy I did! ..No more having to hunt around for a wedding dress in overpriced bridal shops! Lightinthebox has any style and any color and any fit! I picked out a dress i liked and recieved it even earlier than expected! A very fast delivery! I was immediately impressed by the material of the dess; high quality! And unlike many websites, the dress appeared exactly as it was advertised! My dress turned out exactly as the picture showcased online!
The only downside was that it didn't fit me. Although I ordered a custom fit dress where I sent in my exact measurements. So initially I was a little stressed out as any bride-to-be would be. But I contacted customer service right away and they were soooo helpful! Lightinthebox walked me through a step-by-step process to take care of my dress! They gave me options to return dress or keep it and be reimbersed for the alterations. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED that dress, and only needed it taken in. So I decided to keep it. Lightinthebox reimbersed me immediately! I was so happy! I give lightinthebox customer service 5 stars!!! My flower girl also got her dress from this site which is almost exactly like mine! Hers came in gorgeous as well! My wedding day is less than 2 weeks away and I am so proud to walk down the aisle in this dress! And I will tell everyone where I purchased it from! This is my measurement please tell me my size bust 31,hips 43,waist 32 1/2, hallow to floor 70,height 58.

I was reading the comments and now i am worried i ordered this dress and I am in America. I told the agent that I a wear a size 14 in the USA and gave him my measurements he told me that I would fall in 18W. I am now hoping that it is not too big for me because I would hold you guys responsible

I have currently put an order in for a this wedding dress and alarmingly I got a message from lightinthebox stating that my measurements are incorrect! However the details were for the following:-

This is not mine!!!!!!!!! Oh my god I am feeling rather panicky.

I will write another review to see if the problem is rectified and see how well they deal with this issue so everyone can see how well they deal with mistakes. Please please please and fingers crossed that the dress comes as it is in the picture!

This dress was soooo beautiful and absolutely perfect for my wedding day! I was initially worried about buying a wedding dress on-line with many of my friends asking me not to risk it but even they were surprised by the quality of the stitching, fabric and design. Initially when I took my measurements I was between two sizes so I got the larger size and took it to my local dress maker to be adjusted. If I could order my wedding dress again I would do the custom size to order because I would have saved money on dressmaker fees. On the website the dress specified that it had lace on the bust and hips but this was not the case on arrival ( i had to pay $89 to have embellishments added to the dress). I still love this dress and i think that the ivory colour was a beautiful choice. I didn't actually order the tulle loop as I was happy with the volume of the fabric. I did ask my dressmaker to take off the flower (just wasn't me). I've attached some pics of the dress from my wedding day.

I just got my dress it looks beautiful. The stiching & mateiral is great. However, it very losse on me... need to find a good talior who can do it in a week...god help me.. I'll post photo once i have got it altered to my size... just one thing make sure you order at least 2months before you weddding my delivery was approx a week late but still on time for my wedding but i am having problems finding taliors now... But the dress is very nice..
