I waited until I installed the faucet before writing the review. It arrived in the time frame advertised, and was exactly what I expected after looking at the photo. The part about being polished brass is misleading. It is an antique finish which is what I wanted. The installation instruction booklet covered several models, but not this one. I have enough experience installing faucets that I had no problem figuring out how to install it without the instructions. Once installed it worked perfectly. There is no flow restricter on this faucet, so if you turn it on full blast you can use a lot of water. I am very happy with the product, and the only negative comment I have is with regard to the installation instructions. If you use a plumber, they should have no problem with the installation. We ordered this on 15 Nov and it's in our hands in Ireland on 22 Nov. Paid €34 customs, but was expecting to have a customs bill so it wasn't a surprise.

Loving the actual faucet - it is lovely and I think will go beautifully above the stone countertop basin we're getting.

I'd definitely get this faucet again for looks alone (I can't vouch for quality yet as it's not installed but see no reason to think that there will be problems).

The product is really nice and came well packaged. The worst thing that I was charged in 60% by IRS as import tariffs and I didn´t know about this. Instead of this the price still cheaper than in Brazil.

The order was quickly processed. Every processtap I was informed or could I trace. The product was well packed and complete.
The installation guide could be a bit better, it only describes the fitting to a waterpipe, but there is no description of how to install it on the wall.
The material was not as heavy as I expected, but is nicely finished. I hope the quality will prove itself in time. But even when it wouldn't last for decades, for this money...

Digo isto pois ninguém se toca que na hora de comprar os misturadores para os banheiros, precisamos de registro no mesmo modelo, por exemplo nos misturadores com acabamento em BRONZE
