you should make a big camera like the canon xm2 for 80€

Before I purchased the camera I contacted live support to ask if the wireless remote control controlled the zoom.
I was told that it would.
It does not!
I would have returned it but the return shipping was prohibitive.
The camera works fine but it's not what I thought I was buying.

    I need a camera with a remote control. I am a coach, and I would like to record my athletes and show things to them in slow motion. Will this camera allow me to do so with a remote? I understand that it comes with one, however, does it allow me to review at slower speeds? Please advise.
