    heb deze 5 maand, opeens werkt de binnenpost niet meer!!! als ik hem opzet, werkt hij een keer en na een 30tal seconden verdwijnt het beeld en kan ik niets meer doen, lijkt volledig vast te zitten!!! ook de batterij verwijderen helpt niet!! kan ik dit toestel resetten ofzo????

    Aflevering vond te laat plaats: track en trace van Fedex gaf aan dat het geleverd was, maar het was teruggestuurd naar China (!). Vervolgens werd het dagen later door UPS aangeboden maar daar kwam toen 45 euro invoerrechten bij.

    Als het dan allemeaal goed werkt oke, maar op een afstand van 20 meter en twee muren is er geen ontvangst.

    Op reacties naar Lightinthebox niets meer gehoord.

    Je kan beter naar de winkel gaan!!

    Review nogmaals geplaatst, want ze zetten een negatieve er dus gewoon niet bij!

    Het kan inderdaad in enkele gevallen voorkomen dat er BTW betaald dient te worden over de bestelling, hier heeft LITB helaas geen invloed op. Verder is het vervelend te horen dat uw eerste review niet terug te zien was, wij verwijderen doorgaans geen reviews, maar wellicht dat deze niet correct gepost werd

    Wat betreft het ontvangst van de camera, deze heeft een vrij bereik tot 200 meter. Indien er, zoals je aangeeft, 2 muren tussen staan dan kan het zijn dat het ontvangst verminderd. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld aan de dikte van de muren liggen.

    Als u verder vermoed dat er daadwerkelijk iets mis is met uw product dan kunt u contact opnemen met onze klantenservice voor een eventuele vervanging van uw product.
