The dress was everything I imagined. The details of the dress were exactly like the picture. I ordered the dress in my normal size and it perfectly. The dress took approximately 3 ½ weeks to arrive after I purchased it. The customer service team at Light in the Box was very helpful and worked really hard to have my dress arrive early for my formal event.

I received this dress 10 days after placing the order, three days before the estimated shipping date. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quick delivery. Like everyone else has mentioned, it’s a little scary to order clothing over the internet. I like to try on clothes first. However, I loved this dress so much that I decided to take the chance. I’ve been looking for this style, tea length, ball-gown, for a long time. It is beautiful with top notch workmanship. I ordered red. I didn’t want black and was afraid pink would be too teenager-ish. The polka dots have a velvety texture. I followed the directions on the how to measure video and ordered according to the size chart. The dress fits perfectly and has a very retro feel. However, I am 5’9” and think this dress would overwhelm someone who is petite.

Loved the dress, was so excited when I ordered the dress and even more so when it arrived. It was everthing that was stated in the dress description but it looked even better when I put it on, so much so my husband just stood there and stared at me saying how good I looked. Everything went smoothly - from the easy instructions to measure myself to the constant updates on my purchase; the best part of all was that it arrived on my door step the day it had been estimated to be shipped from China! (I'm in QLD, Australia)
I was surprised by the high quality of the workmanship, and how well it was packed. While there were one or two scraggly ends on the tulle (nothing that couldn't be fixed with a pair of scissors, and of course this is to be expected with such a bargain buy), everything else about the dress was perfect. I didn't get it custom sized, but it fit me like a glove nonetheless.
I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy from Light In The Box again! I just wish I hadn't already purchased my bridesmaids dresses elsewhere... :)

Received this dress quicker than expected secure packaging dress is beautiful exactly as is shown in the picture good quality material and well tailored. Couldn't be more pleased with it. Good value for money. What else can I say it's the best. Will certainly be shopping here more often. Was a bit sceptical before I ordered but so easy from the begining to he end.

It is an absolutely stunning dress and is very formal and reserved, it's a great 1950's style garment and is everything I expected and wanted when buying this dress.

Perfect black dress for a formal event! The sheer netting over the shoulder adds a touch of elegance. I received so many compliments and felt like a princess. The dress was custom made and shipped after 10 business days, allow 3-4 weeks to order and submit your measurements rather than select a standard size if you have extra curves.

I was really surprised that the quality exceeded my expectations. Everything was tailored very professionally and the quality of the materials used was great! I will definitely order from them again in the future!
