I had my doubts when I ordered my gown without trying it on first or seeing the actual color! However, the measurements are true to size and the color was accurate although slightly lighter than I personally envisioned. The gown is beautiful and it fits perfectly! My only concern was how wrinkled it was when delivered -- it came in a box smaller than a shoebox (how it was squished was amazing), and I will need to have it steamed to get all the wrinkles out. Overall, I will definitely order again from LightintheBox!

Absolutely LOVE this dress. My daughter needed two prom dresses this year, so we
gave this company a try. I ordered it made to fit, and it fit perfectly! The
quality was awesome. Looks much more expensive than it was. I was also impressed
with the communication with this company. They were constantly in touch with me
once the dress was shipped. Total time to receive the dresses from order to
arrival was 3 1/2 weeks. I definitely recommend Light in the Box!

il vestito mi e arrivato complimente per la confezione. ma per me era troppo pesante perche un vestito di cifon deve essere leggero non ce bisogno di doppia fodera ,le misure o preso quelli della tapella aprossimativo ,era meglio con le misure personale grazie e buon lavoro

Très belle robe, très bien taillée à mes mesures. Je suis ravie par le produit.
Juste deux bémols:

- le premier: les frais de douanes!! Lors du passage de la commande, il n'est pas (ou quasiment pas) visible qu'il y aura un contre-remboursement _ pour moi de 67€. Lorsqu'on n'est pas prévenu et qu'on ne s'y attend pas, c'est très desagréable. Heureusement que le produit est réussi.

- le deuxième: la robe est un peu trop longue. Il vaut mieux etre exact pour les mesures de hauteur totale et ne pas rajouter de cm pour les talons, car apparemment c'est ajouté ensuite lors de la coupe.

A part cela c'est une expérience très positive.

Q: Custom Lengths :) Hi, I was just wondering.. I went through a lot of messages but couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm 6'2, close to 6'3, yes tall, and I already know I'll have to order a custom dress but i read that the length cannot be changed. Q: Dress length I am planning on ordering this dress with custom measurements. How should I make sure it doesn't come too long since I will be wearing flats? I know that the tailors here at a few centimeters to the hollow measurement to allow for heels. Is there a way I can ask them not to add length? ByBecca Feb 19, 2013

Please kindly note that in order to fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains.
If you'd like the dress shorter to better fit a flat heel, just remove the length you need on to your hollow to the floor and height measurements (e.g. if you'd like to wear flat shoes with 2cm heels, just remove 3cm from your hollow to floor length and height measurements).

Q: Champagne colour I'm thinking of buying this dress for a performance in mid-February. I see that the lace part will always be champagne, so I was considering making the rest of the dress champagne as well so it will all be one colour. The only thing I'd worry about is the consistency of the colour since they are both different fabrics. Does the champagne colour in the chiffon match the champagne colour in the lace?
