A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 15-19 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dress’s product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

This dress looked amazing, felt amazing and WAS amazing! It came very quickly and fit almost just right, though was a little too big (but thats our fault because it was custom measured and our measurments werent great). I got a heap of compliments all night. Overall I am very happy with the final product and look forward to purchasing again from Light in the Box. Thankyou!

J’ai commandé cette robe dans la même couleur que la photo ! elle est MAGNIFIQUE ! rien à dire, le tissu est de super bonne qualité et la couture est très bien faite ! je recommande ce site pour toutes celles qui veulent acheter des robes de soirée ça vaut vraiment le coup. Pour info, il y des frais de douane à payer à la livraison, pour la France j’ai payé 27 € ça reste raisonnable

Will my dress arrive before June 8?
I ordered this dress today. I couldn't order before due to financial issues. The event that I am supposed to wear this dress for is on June 8. I fear that it might not come on time & if it is sure it won't, could I cancel the order & get a refund?

Please compare their own hip, waist, bust and hollow to floor length measurements to those in our size chart [link to http://www.lightinthebox.com/html/All-You-Need-To-Know.html?tab=2] to determine which size will fit them best. It’s usually best to go with the size matching your largest measurement (bust, waist or hip), and to round up if they're between sizes. This will leave extra room for movement and alterations if needed.

Hello, I would love to order this a s my prom dress but in a different color, I would love to be able to view it online in lavender and lilac. How can I do that? I would like to make sure I am getting it in the right color for me! Also if I am shorter, will the length be cut or will the midsection be shorter as well? Thanks!

As we require a tailoring period of 15-19 working days and shipping time of 3-8 days, there’s a chance your dress may not arrive by your deadline of 20th March.
While some customers may find their packages arrive sooner than the expected delivery date, please understand that we can only guarantee delivery within our stated tailoring and shipping times.
And as with any international shipment, taxes are charged (if any) by the local customs office in the recipient country. We have included a page on our site to inform customers about their responsibility for any taxes that might be charged on delivery.
