The service was excellent!
The phone is of a good quality, it is robust and easy to set up and use.
The predictive text is excellent, reliable accurate and very simple to use, the memory chip was already installed.
Perfect for my needs and excellent value, plus it does not self activate in my pocket,which was great news for me, a previous problem for me, I was pleasantly surprised.

excellent phone. gps navigation works really well, dual sim very easy to use, good size and weight and very clear bright screen. much cheaper than the uk maket android phones but has all the same features. Expect to pay 20% VAT if buying from the UK (any import over £15 attracts VAT). UPS automatically paid this at 20% and charged me an £11 'admin' fee into the bargain! You need to pay this at the door when UPS try to deliver or they won't leave the parcel.

But it's still a geat phone for the price and Light in The Box are brilliant to deal with. I even had to send my original phone back for replacement due to a problem with the gps but they replaced it with no problem and refunded me the postage too.

this is a beautiful phone. it's easily as good as the HTC Wildfire S I bought for my son a few months ago. The dual SIM is ideal for me as I make a lot of international calls and texts and its very very simple to use. Everytime you call or text you can select which SIM to use so there's no danger of calling from the wrong number. The screen is nice and big and really really sharp and responds well to either the stylus which comes with the phone or my finger. I find it works just as well with the tip of my fingernail or the ball of my finger so I use my fingernail for tapping on the virtual keyboard where the letters are small and use my finger for selecting apps from the menu and stuff like that.

Its really comfortable to hold, the back is slightly bumpy which makes it easier to grip (harder to drop), and the connection ports are very solid (not like some phones where USB lead can fall out easily). Haviing one USB connection for both charging and data is very good as well as the full size (3.5mm) headphone port. It holds a micro SD for extra storage which you do need to take the back off to access but thats not a problem since i can easliy USB/bluetooth to my laptop to upload files. Battery life is pretty good and a full charge with normal use (including wifi in the house) lasts me at least a couple of days. The camera is ok and has a good zoom - not huge megapixels but that is actually good because I usuall want to send photos by text or the gmail app and they are easier to send. For better pics I use my Canon digital camera .

Initially I had an problem getting the GPS to work but Light In the Box have been really helpful and responded to all my support requests (tickets) within just a few hours. They have been really good to deal with and very helpful with any questions I've asked (like setting up the Assisted GPS etc)

Music playback is good as the built in speaker is quite loud and the menu systems are also very easy to use (prob the same for all Android's I'm not sure)

Overall I would certainly recommend this phone whether you need dual SIM or not, since its much cheaper than an HTC or other 'branded' high street smartphone (without an expensive monthly contract) yet does all the same things. Looks great, well built, good quality materials and the company is a pleasure to deal with.

I won't need to buy another smartphone for a while!

Really comfortable phone. TV and GPS works fine. phone don't lag. Android market offers a lot of free aplicasions and games. Almost all of it works fine :) For such praise it's really cool phone.

It's dual sim works really easy and you can start using it right away.
Sometimes the touchscreen doesn't respond right away, but that's probably due to some getting used to using a touchscreen phone.
