1. If there is any quality problem,or anything wrong with size & color, you can return it for a refund or exchange for new ones.
And the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.
If there is no quality problems with it while you just don't like it or no longer need it, we are sorry that we are not able to arrange refund or replacement for you as all of our dresses are made from scratch and are made-to-order product, including standard size dresses.
2. The total time needed will be around 16 to 20 working days, including 13 to 15 working days for making, quality control, packaging, etc, and another 3 to 5 business days for shipping.
We choose the best shipping company to deliver your order. For expedited shipping method, your order will be delivered by UPS, DHL, or Fedex. The shipping time will be 3-5 working days.
