A: Total Time is based on the tailoring/processing time + shipping time, you will find them in product pages, it is between 5- 28 business days.

A: After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

A: Dance shoes labeled as “Customized” can be made in the heel height, width, size or color of your choice. You’ll find an explanation and a drop-down selection box for each available customized feature on the shoe’s product page. Please note this option is available for dance shoes in the customized category only.
