The delivery is just a bit slow. But the item is excellent the only thing that makes it even nicer is to put it on a claw clip so it is very easy to put on. Then all you need to do is tie your hair in a ponytail then put it on. In a few seconds you will have a nice glamorous updo hairstyle. LOVE this item. I will be ordering more.
