Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.

for the above cutsom made dress, if i am 130cm from hollow to floor, what should i enter to account for the fact that i will be wearing heels of at least 5cm?

is this dress full length or floor length?

Our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement. And this dress is floor length. Hope you enjoy your shopping here:)

Pour les dimensions à fournir de l'épaule au sol, vous dites de se mesurer pieds nus et qu'à la confection, le tailleur rajoute 5cm pour les talons.
Hors dans les questions-réponses de client, une cliente demande pour la longueur et vous lui répondez qu'il faut qu'elle rajoute elle-même 5 cm dans ses mesures pour les talons...

Quelle est la bonne information ?
