Well what can I say. From the very first communication with Light in the box, until the goods arrived in Australia the correspondence and service excelled.
The products were made with upmarket materials, cottons etc. The finished product if I purchased in Australia would be nearer to $1,000.00
I would suggest that any prospective buyer take there advice and furnish their own measurements.
The extra charge far out weighs the cost, given the massive savings compared to purchasing in your own country.
I had one item made to measure and one off the rack purchase.
Both are a great fit however, my off the rack was a peasant style that not much can go wrong with.
If it is a fitted item your own measuremets would be beneficial.
In conclusion GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!all around no complaints and I WILL DEFINATELY buy again.

Received my dress today, sz10 lavender with a black ribbon.
It is longer than shown on the model which I actually prefer
& a few threads not finished properly but overall very happy.
This was my first order with light in the box & they did not disappoint, happy to purchase from them again in the future.

This is my first order from Light in the Box. I was incredibly hesitant to make a purchase due to bad online shopping experiences in the past, but decided to give it a chance because of all the positive reviews. My dress arrived today, 16 days after ordering. It is beautifully made. I am 5'8 and the hem reached my knees, which is great because I can wear it to work! I am a UK size 8-10 and ordered a size 4 which fit well. However, the sleeves are very tight and this makes the dress feel very restricting. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and will order again soon.

Dear Nai It depends on how long the hemline you want it to be. As our tailor will make the dress according to the picture shown on our website, so the hemline should be above the knee.
