• Is it possible to return if the dress doesn't fit ??

  I am normally a standard Australian size 12, but sizes vary quite a bit from label to label. If I ordered the dress and it didn't fit, would I be able to return it ? Also, if the dress is returned would it be on the basis of credit or refund ?

  It’s usually best to go with the size matching your largest measurement (bust, waist or hip), and to round up if you’re between sizes. This will leave extra room for movement and alterations if needed.

  I am getting married on March 20th and I am wondering if it would be possible to receive the dress within 10 days or so. I relaly like this dress and I hope that I can wear this on that special day.
  
  It would be great if you could let me know as soon as possible since the day is so close.

Unfortunately we cannot rush orders for our made-to-order dresses, since we receive and process many orders on a daily basis and cannot risk compromising quality.

  hello, it seems like this dress is too long for everyone. In the comments below, many are getting the dress tailored to be shorter, even though they are very tall ladies.
  Could lightinthebox please consider making this dress in a shorter length??

  The length of the dress differs from size to size. And it would come as what's shown in the picture. Our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide.
