I was surprised by the high quality of the product. Also, when I submitted my measurements, they were able to catch an error as the tailor said the measurements did not make sense. So, I measured myself again and gave them correct ones this time. The dress fits like a glove. Nicely done.

This dress is what I believed it should look like. It made me feel great and sexy. I have worn it to a wedding and a cocktail party and it worked well in both events. I will be back to buy more and have shown your wed site to many others encluding brides and mother of the brides.

Fantastic dress! Looks great on. Made really well, and sits nicely when put on. Very flattering! The padding and support in the bust area is great. The only little hastle i had was that the bust area was too big for me, but was easily fixed with a little alteration. I've just received this dress with a black skirt and watermelon top. I'm really happy with it and most of all, the fit is perfect. There is room for movement so I'm pleased I gave them my exact measurements.
Would recommend this dress.

I ordered this dress in a size 8, ivory on the top and green on the bottom. I tend to wear a size 6 or 8 in North American sizes or a 38 European size.
The dress arrived 12 days after payment was taken. It was shipped in a small cardboard box, but came out not too wrinkly. I still had to have the dress steamed, but that was reasonable to me.
The dress was not symmetrically constructed: the front darts did not match either in terms of length of dart of placement (distance from the midline of the dress). Only the length difference was really noticeable. Also, there was too much fabric in the midline between the darts over my stomach so it made a little pouch that puffed out at times. There were two other construction issues: the zipper was not exactly in the centre of the back and the bottom hem where the inner liner and dress fabric were stitched together was a bit puckered and it did not sit flat even after steaming.
There were 2 thick inner lining layers through the midsection portion of the dress (from the bottom of the contrast colour top to about mid-hip) plus the 'dress lining' that you could see on the inside of the dress. On the bottom potion of the dress only the coloured inner lining layer was present. This made for a few problems: (i) there was a line across the buttocks/hip where the thick inner linings stopped, (ii) the dress was really warm, and (iii) the torso section did not have any flow to it and did not sit all that well. Looking again at the photo above, perhaps I should have anticipated that the torso of the dress would be bunchy over my ribs rather than lying flat, but I guess I thought otherwise. This 'hanging' or 'draping' issue is also partly a result of the fabric of the dress.
On that note, the green fabric that made the lower part of my dress was quite pretty and true in colour to what I expected, but it stained when hit by water. This is not a functional attribute for a dress fabric and it was especially unfortunate given I wore the dress at an outdoor wedding on a rainy day. Some water drops dried ok, others left a ring on the fabric.
Thre dress had no give (or stretch) to it. Fortunately it fit me pretty well (give or take the aforementioned bunching or rucking over my torso). I took it to a seamstress who removed some of the extra fabric from the inner layers in the dart section and it still didn't sit perfectly.
The top ruffled part was really pretty! It had a built in bra strap to help hold it up which was also really nice.
So, all in all, I guess I felt I got what I paid for, but not much more. I was not totally happy with it, but I still wore it as the maid of honour at a wedding in August and got lots of compliments. Guess the guests weren't looking too carefully at the dress construction - thank goodness!
The photo attached shows how the dress looked after taking it to the seamstress who partially corrected the dart length issue, but before the dress was streamed. It also shows:
- the nice colour and top ruffle section
- the bunching/rucking over the torso
- the puckered hem line.
- you can sort of see the little tummy pocket of fabric
