Ordered a black suede upper stiletto heels. The wrong size was delivered. After a few emails to and fro, and pics of wrong shoes, LITB agreed to a replacement. I was very pleased and am looking forward to the new pair arriving. LITB has been very professional about this. They could made this very difficult and blamed it on the consumer, but they did the right thing. Will consider ordering other items.
