how has this megapixel mobile phone

hey, i just bought this phone recently and its working brilliantly ok here in the UK.TV and wifi etc are just amazing love it :). but i've got little probs. here,the phone automatically shut down due to insufficient battery power,since then i've been unable to charge it,each time i plug in the charger no sign of it working,no power....it really sucks.so pls how do i charge the phone to come back to life?? pls help!

first of all shipping was fast. contacted customer service via email and got a response the following day. when the item came, i open it up and saw a shiny 3" screen phone. i tried to rub off the metallic silver hoping it will easily come off. but no! so far i was impressed about the phone build. not too bad as i can say. inspected the whole phone for scratches or nips, and saw none. it was in good shape. so i inserted a sim, i havent tried the dual sim mode though at this time, and inserted the battery and wallah!!!. it was working. i tried to go through every menu using the touch screen way. there are some things i have noticed. the touch screen isnt that responsive especially when touching the corner ends of the screen, even when using the provided stylus which has a flat surface instead of semi pointed. going through the phone contacts was imperessive. it was scrolling fast. other than that everything was kinda slow. overall, it was ok but not so fantastic. my main reason getting this phone is because of the dual sim capability.
