To begin with i had no clue that i would have to pay $76 extra for customs which really was innconvient. On top of it all, the zipper would not zip up all the way so I had to pay another $45 to fix it. It was really dissapointing. The dress was mase to tight from the top. Honestly I cried. I hope it fits once I get it back from the tailors.

I bought this dress for my nieces graduation.After putting in order the service was both fast and accurate. I was updated as to the status of my order on a constant basis,and other than a slight holdup in customs (which tends to happen) the dress was received fairly fast.
The dress itself was exactly as the picture showed it to be and fit perfectly as per the measurements that we gave.Excellent product and service,If anyone I know needs an occasion dress I would definitely recommend light in the box.
This will make the prom for her.....Thanks once again.

Hola: en realidad si yo creo que me enviaron un talle mas grande de mis medidas, me volvi a tomar las medidas y tengo las mismas que envie, pero el vestido me queda entre 5 y 7 cm. mas grande. Lamentablemente lo tengo que hacer arreglar y quiero saber como tengo que hacer para cobrar lo que me cubren ustedes?.Saludos. Stella Maris.

Saludos Si usted seleccionó la medida correcta y nosotros le enviamos una que no pidió, le cubriremos hasta 100% del valor del vestido en arreglos con su costurero local, a parte nostros colocamos tela adicional entre las costuras para que pueda modificarlo en caso de que le quede pequeño, por lo que tampoco aconsejamos que selecciones medidas mayores a 2.5cm. The dress was beautifully made. Unfortunately it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive - when we paid for speed delivery 3-5 business days. Would not use the site again or recommend you because of this lack of conformity to your own advertising.

The dress is beautiful and well made. But unfortunately it took way longer than it said on the website - the website said 3-5 business days and it took 6 weeks to come - it has only just made it for the event - and is too bag so we are having to rush around finding someone to adjust it with only 2 days before the event. Probably wouldnt recommend the site for this reason - which is a shame because the dress is beautifully made.
