Preciso de informação de como dar reset no IP da camera, pois gravei o IP com zeros e agora o software "Search Ip Adress" não localiza a camera na rede. Preciso voltar ao default de fábrica. No manual não consta informação da existencia de um botão de reset.

This camera works only by using self interface or rtsp service.

Mail sending doesn't work : impossible to send an email on an smtp server without a login/pass (SSL or not). Because the protocol is wrong with my provider (ie. Orange, French).

Be sure to configure the time scheduler for motion detection!

Impossible to make the update of the firmware even by following the protocol of wi8 : http://www.wi8.com/Download.asp?Bigclassid=213

No Iphone application works for this camera. Even the one suggested by LightinTheBox.

The only application that works is VLC via rtsp protocol.

Il m'est impossible de me connecter depuis l'exterieur meme en suivant la notice c'est la troisieme camera ip que j'achete et les deux autres n'ont poser aucun probleme.

En reseau local c'est bon mais sinon pas d'image, ecran noir et idle de marqué.

Si on ne peux pas surveiller depuis une autre adresse ou a partir d'un smartphone ça sert pas a grand-chose.

Y es que encima les preguntas y no son capaces de darte una respuesta para solucionar el problema, simplemente te dejan de contestar. NO VUELVOA COMPRAR NADA MÁS EN ÉSTE TIENDA donde el servicio técnico es pésimo.

bonjour
j'ai bien reçu le matériel commandé (camera (cyclope hdd)
quelques remarques: je passerai sur la taxe de douane, ce qui m’intéresse ce jour:
le fonctionnement en local ok
mais impossible de recevoir une image via connexion extérieur (via dyndns) bien que l’accès au serveur soit ok.
-> pas d'image , écran noir avec la mention "CONNECTING puis IDLE
ou
-> par firefox : plugin introuvable

a quelle adresse puis je avoir des infos,
quel dommage pour cette camera de butter sur un problème de soft
dans l'attente d une réponse rapide

Il faut utiliser VLC et dans l'url, mettre :
rtsp://<user>:<pass>@xxx.dyndns.org:554/
Pour le plugin de firefox, il faut faire l'install à la main.

Heb 2 camera's besteld. Maar krijg geen beeld via een Apple Imac computer.
ben er al uren mee bezig.

Software update gaat niet via een Imac. Dus absoluut niet kopen als je een Apple Computer hebt.

Dus als iemand weet hoe je beeld via een Apple eruit kan krijgen alle suggesties welkom.

want heb meedere explorers geprobeerd maar allemaal missen ze een plugin. Dus kom wel in Menu en instellingen maar daar stopt het....

Très bonne caméra par contre quelques points négative quand même.

- La detection de mouvement n'est pas précis.
- Je n'ai pas réussi a visualiser la camera via un téléphone portable android (logiciel tinycam) malgrès que j'ai suivi le manuel.

Si quelqu'un a une idée ?

Initial research is heading toward a twin hard disk Synology box, but forums advise only certain cameras are compatible with these NAS boxes. Can you advise which cameras on your web are compatible so I can review and possibly order?

  • What brand is this camera? What brand and model to select in Synology or Qnap surveillance stations?

    It seem that the software is made for Grandstream brand but it is not working when selecting this brand in Synology SS. In Qnap SS, this camera seem useles.
    In Synology works so far only with generic ONVIF but in very limited quality. (640x480, 10fps, quality very low)... As Grandstream, it responds ok when testing wikth HD model but after saving settings it doesn't connect anymore.
    So, how to use this camera? As which brand? It must have a brand equivalent that works in HD.

    and how else are we able to view over the internet. Remember the camera didn't come with wi-fi.
