La livraison est très rapide (commande le dimanche), livraison le mercredi.
A payer en plus à la livraison par le transporteur : les frais de douane : 15.37 €
RAS sur le robinet (fonctionne parfaitement bien). Par contre, il est nécessaire de faire l'acquisition d'un adaptateur pour pouvoir connecter les tuyaux sur le réseau pour la France.
(MAMELON REDUIT - FEMELLE 15X21 - MALE 12X17- 5.10 €). Il faudrait l'indiquer clairement sur le détail de l'annonce (c'est pour cette raison que mon évaluation est à bon au lieu d'excellent.

beau produit en visuel, je ne l'ai pas encore monté!!!mais attention j'ai commandé plusieurs articles qui m' ont été envoyé séparément!!!donc j'ai payé les frais de douanes sur chaque colis allant de 55 euros pour les petits et 75 euros pour les grands donc au final pas du tout rentable, je pensais faire une bonne affaire , ils auraient du envoyé tout dans un seul colis...

Q: Hoe krijg ik de led verlichting uit van de kraan? Als ik de watertoevoer afsluit, gaat led niet uit. Beste klantenservice, Ik heb bij u een set badkranenen gekocht voor ca een maand geleden. Na aansluiten van de kranen werkte de ledverlichting perfect. Bij het openen van de kraan ging de led branden. en vervolgens bij het sluiten van de watertoevoer, weer uit. Nu heb ik sinds gisteravond dat een van de kranen een storing geeft. Bij het sluiten van de watertoevoer gaat de led verlichting niet meer uit. Ik heb nu het kabeltje maar uit de batterijhouder getrokken maar dat lijkt me niet de bedoeling. Kunt u mij hiervoor een oplossing aanreiken? Ik vind het erg vervelend dat de storing nu al op treedt. Q: is the product faulty if the LED light doesnt switch off at all? i have fitted the LED bathroom faucet and when the tap is off the light stays on, how can we resolve this? afClaire 15 / 11 / 2011

Dear Claire,
There might be one of the following three reasons that result in the LED light faulty.
One reason is that the impurities or scale inside the faucet still leads to the electric conduction. Please wash away that impurities and scale with water in that case. If it does not work, you may refer to the second reason and try another way.
Second reason is certain water is left in the faucet that can conduct the electricity even you have switched off the faucet. If this happens, please turn the faucet to the cold water side and switch the water on/off as soon as possible. In that way, the water can be removed from the faucet. If this method does not work, it might be something wrong with the LED circuit. Please log in to “My Orders,” click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs.
