Indicar que seria de agradecer que viniera con un manual de instrucciones en español. gracias. y que tb se tuviera la posibilidad de que incluyera el disco duro ya instalado.

El producto viene con lo que se especifica en la descripción del mismo. El disco duro se vende por separado, por lo que tendrías que comprarlo aparte. El manual de instrucciones generalmente es en inglés, ya que la mayoría de productos que están en la página de español, son traducidos automáticamente de la pagina de inglés. Por favor solicita el manual en español en esta dirección o pide que te cambien por uno que tenga manual en español

Non posso valutare il prodotto perché sono già 10 giorni che aspetto l'ordine, al momento posso dire che la consegna non è ottima
Consegna avvenuta con sorpresa altri soldi da versare al corriere per tasse doganali, cosa che non avevo letto da nessuna parte,
Prodotto buono, l'ho già messo in funzione senza problemi.

Se credi che possiamo aiutarti ad evitare o minimizzare le spese di dogana, puoi metterti in contatto con il Servizio Clienti. Tuttavia, nota che ci viene richiesto di compilare un modulo dichiarando i dettagli del tuo ordine, per cui non possiamo dichiarare importi minori di quello che hai pagato, né dichiarare il pacco come regalo, campione o riparazione se non fosse il caso.

Non possiamo calcolare in anticipo le eventuali tasse o dazi, né darti la possibilità di prepagarle. Quindi se sei un dropshipper o stai inviando la merce come regalo ad una terza persona ti preghiamo di accertarti che la persona che riceverà il pacco conosca la possibilità di dover pagare le tasse nel momento in cui riceve la merce.
