Can this watch be used with my cell phone via bluetooth? Does it have android os?

I want to use a widget or app that controls spotify on my pc and i would like to make calls but I only want this as an accessory not a main phone.

the phone watch is adjustable, friend of mine just changed the pin to a different place

the watch band is adjustable, my friend just changed the small pin to a different place in the metal plate lock mechanism and it got smaller...thought it might help some people
