I´ve got a question
I´ve got a question concerning an order which I accidentaly made (I ordered the wrong color), I´ve deleted the order immediately from my account (and it´s not in "my orders" anymore) but today I´ve recieved a message that the payment for this order isn´t finished yet. (yes I didn´t pay it cause I don´t want it, I´ve already ordered and payed another dress in the right colour) Do I have to pay even if I´ve immediately deleted this order? (within 2 minutes!) I don´t know how to reach your customer service, so pls let me know what to do!

No, you don't need to pay for the order you have cancelled. You can only reorder the right color and pay for the right order. Hope you enjoy your shopping here:)
