Very nice skirt. IT has a small underskirt, so it's not see-through. And it has plenty of fabric, so it looks very good when spinning or turning. I bought it in light blue, and the colour is as in picture, bright and clear. It is quite long, I'm 163cm, and I have to turn it from the vast two times. This is ok, and cannot be seen if I wear also a belt.

I am very pleased with my recent purchase. I bought two belly dancing skirts, two laced-tops and hip scarf which fitted me very well. Great! In fact, this linen skirt can be for other purposes besides belly dancing. Its fabric falls nicely and does not emphasize my hip. In the past, I ordered two pairs of belly dancing pants and tops but found that pants did not fit me as they were so tight. I wish Light in the Box carries different sizes instead of one size fits all. Not all asians are slim and petit. Moreover most of my classmates are married women with children thus our figure are more generous in size. I would be very happy if there is size variation. Despite all these, I recommended my friends to Light in the Box for their dancing gear. They have also bought hip scarves, laced-tops and pants. They too found the pants very small. However, we are very pleased with its prompt delivery and great discounts. We get to show off our purchases in class. I look forward to seeing new designs and definitely bigger sizes!

Item was as described except for the color. Description said "dark purple". The actual color was dark mauve at best. Otherwise, nice skirt for belly dancing practice or under another skirt.

post takes to long really bad, when skirt finally came it was 40ish days late. But by this time the company had refunded my monies including the postage for which I was very pleased. When the skirt came I reported this to the lightin thebox and they told me to keep it as a gift from them for the inconvenience to which I said thank you very much . So for customer service I was very pleased with them thank you

A nice skirt for the price. The linen fabric is a little thin, but has a half slip lining under it. The skirt is full and flowy: perfect as a practise skirt for belly dancing or Zouk. The lightness of the fabric also makes this quite a cool skirt to wear. Wore it to my belly dancing class the other night and got lots of compliments. I am happy with this purchase.
