• What doews it take to get the steering wheel remote to work?

  I have followed the installation instructions, but can't get the steering wheel cotrols to work. Do I need some additional signal controlbox, or should the steeringwheel controls work just connecting the wires to controls CAN-bus wires? Also, instructions didn't tell me, where should the black GND wire of 3.5mm steering wheel adapter be connected. Does it connect to car's ground or somewhere else?
  I'm installing to 2005 Ford Focus.

  Where can I find replacement parts and accesories for my player? Mine has a damaged wire that connects the screen to the body and I need to replace it.
