  This phone doesn't come with a contract. It is unlocked for worldwide use, as it will work on GSM network frequencies 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. Please confirm with the carriers or providers to see whether their local network supports it. As long as the local network supports the frequencies, the phone should work in your location.
