however they say 3 to 5 days to ship but it takes at least 3/4 weeks and customer service is not excellent

The details on the dress are gorgeous! It's wonderful quality and I'm really glad I got it! The sizing was also spot on and I didn't have to do the customized sizing. The shipping and processing took a long time (4 weeks) but the dress itself is wonderful!

Bonsoir,

C'est la première et dernière fois que je commande sur le site.
SAV nul.
Je suis sincèrement déçu, dommage car la robe est magnifique. Mais elle a un défaut au niveau de la fermeture. Le sav fait la sourde oreille depuis ma réclamation.

This dress that I ordered for my daughter was very pretty. It looked exactly like what it looks in the photograph. I would recommend that potential buyers take the measuring chart seriously. Make sure you provide for a little more centimetres than your exact measurement. My ordered dress didn't have space inside to open up to enable usage for a longer time.
Also, the layers of net on the dress have not been cut with perfection, so when you look closely, you can see a lot places where you would need to even out the cutting. This is a minor job when you consider the price at which the dress is avaiable.
Everything else was very easy with the order including the shipping, so all in all, I was quite happy with the purchase.
