The postal service wasn't exactly gentle with our package, so even though it said "Fragile" on the outside, it had been so beaten up that the chandelier pieces were broken. The customer service department with Lightinthebox.com has been very great to deal with. They sent me RMA information very quickly, and have not given in problems in regards to the return. Even though we didn't get to hang this chandelier yet, I could tell that it would have been absolutely beautiful.

Comprei esse lustre e estou muito satisfeita, ainda não montei, só abri a caixa e aparentemente está tudo certinho, as peças são lindas!
Logo mais vou conferir se não chegou nada quebrado ou faltando, não tive problemas com a entrega,
chegou no prazo previsto.

este lustre e perfeito,ele e lindo a compra e segura demora cerca de 30 dias apos o pagamento e veio super embalado ,houve a taxa do imposto que foi pago ao retirar do correio ... enfim se eu fosse comprar aqui pagaria mais que o dobro estamos satisfeitos pois ele e maravilhoso deixou a sala super luxuosa e e o que mais chama atencao da sala .

Adquiri o lustre Carpentersville porém os soquetes estão derretendo pelo fato de serem só de plástico, como poderia fazer para encomendar soquetes de plástico com baquelite

I was really happy the chandelier it came in 6 days very quick delivery. The only problem was some of the little crystals were chipped and broken upon delivery.The contact person informed me he would send replacements asap. Maybe if chandelier is delivered to Australia it should have fragile on the box and more wrapping around crystals.
