Recebi o estojo com 15 dias apos a compra, em envio economico. Estou surpresa com a qualidade dos pinceis por um preço tao acessivel! O que nao gostei muito foi a costura do estojo, mas isso foi o de menos.

O produto chegou em 55 dias. A qualidade é ótima, as cerdas são super macias e o produto vem em perfeito estado. Veio bem embalado.

I checked "My Orders" and it says that my package has, in fact, been shipped. I ordered on the 23rd of February and it says that it was "all shipped" on the 24th. I'm concerned about payment issues. If everything was shipped, why do I have to reorder?... Please reply as soon as you can, thanks for your time.

Buenas tardes.
El día 24 hace un mes que supuestamente me enviaron mi pedido (NÚMERO DE PEDIDO: 1112231002144620) y a día de hoy no me ha llegado nada y tampoco se nada. Se supone que en un plazo de 10-20 días lo tendría en mi domicilio, se entiende que por las festas navideñas se pueda atrasar unos días, pero esto ya es informalidad. Quiero una solución ya.
