A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 15-19 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dress’s product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Beautiful dress. Very well made and the colour is gorgeous. I ordered to measure however the dress is too large for me in the bodice. It is too big across the shoulders, perhaps this is an extra measurement that could be taken as it fits perfectly everywhere else. I will take it to be altered and I am extremely happy with the service and my experience with Light In the Box. I will definately be ordering again in the future.
