I ordered this dress for my boyfriend's Marine Corps Birthday Ball in Champaign.
I ordered it in a custome size and 2 weeks later it arrived at my door and fit perfectly! I did however take it to my own tailor to cut off the train and this piece of material was made into a shall) this is the 2nd year in a row I have ordered from light in the box and plan on doing again for any special occasion! I always share this site with others! nothing but a pleasant experience!

First and foremost, it's a fantastic dress, I ordered it for the Miss Model Of The World (Malta) contest and it took me all the way to second place! It's really well made and I like it a lot!

However, I ordered custom size and it arrived about 4 inches too big so I had to have it taken in quite a bit (so add €50 the cost of the dress for alterations) as it wouldn't even stay up. Other then that, I'm very happy with the dress.

Was a little worried about ordering a dress online, was worried color wouldnt be right, fit would be off, wouldnt look good, but took a chance with this dress. I kept looking at it for weeks and decided to do it, its my dress for upcoming summer pageant. Got the dress last week and the color (ruby) was perfect and the fit is really good! I love the built in bra with the strap!

Woulf definitely buy another dress from here. Will post pictures!

This dress was amazing, it fit perfectly and was made really well. The only thing is that in the picture the dress looks a bit more lavender and in real life its just silver, which I liked.

OMG! When my daughter selected this as her dress to wear to the most coveted formal ball in town, I had serious doubts because I did not think it pretty enough. But, let me tell you, when other women turn their heads to admire you, that says a lot. This dress is BEAUTIFUL. She recieved so many compliments and several ladies asked where she found her dress. One woman told her,"Other than my dress, yours is the prettiest one here tonight." Due to her petite size, 4'10", we had the dress customized.

When the dress arrived the top was about 2 inches to large and we had to have our tailor take it up. We also cut the train off because it was so overpowering on her small frame.We had the train part made into a shawl but she did not use it, opting instead to wear a wedding jacket we purchased on this site. She can use the shawl if and when she wears the dress during the summer in an air conditioned setting.

For now we are keeping Light In the Box our little secret! We purchased her dress, wedding jacket, purse and earrings from this site and I can tell you, she looked red carpet ready. She was beautiful. Thank you Light In the Box.
