I ordered this dress for my boyfriend's Marine Corps Birthday Ball in Champaign.
I ordered it in a custome size and 2 weeks later it arrived at my door and fit perfectly! I did however take it to my own tailor to cut off the train and this piece of material was made into a shall) this is the 2nd year in a row I have ordered from light in the box and plan on doing again for any special occasion! I always share this site with others! nothing but a pleasant experience!

FEATURED REVIEW

First and foremost, it's a fantastic dress, I ordered it for the Miss Model Of The World (Malta) contest and it took me all the way to second place! It's really well made and I like it a lot!

However, I ordered custom size and it arrived about 4 inches too big so I had to have it taken in quite a bit (so add €50 the cost of the dress for alterations) as it wouldn't even stay up. Other then that, I'm very happy with the dress.

My daughter wore this dress to her prom this year and it was beautiful! We measured her and ordered the size accordingly. It fit perfectly - no alterations! I have been told on several occasions that this was the favorite dress of the night. Love it!!

The dress is exactly as described! accurate measurements and very nice tailored! If fits very nice and it is very flattering. I ordered size 2 and had to take it to my tailor to make it shorter and let some fabric out on the hip area so that it would fit more comfortably. The color is exactly as shown.

We just received this beautiful gown today and my daughter was so happy! The fabric is gorgeous and the sequins add a little flash to this dress. The tailoring is excellent. It is fantastic value for the money. The train is a bit long for her prom, but we expected that. I am going to bustle it myself so that we can take some beautiful photos showing the train and then hitch it up so she can dance. It is a glamorous gown. Great job, Lightinthebox, you never disappoint us! I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaid dress from you two years ago and you have maintained, if not surpassed, the quality of our previous purchases! Thank you!

this dress is every bit as beautiful in person.I ordered the same colour as the picture,silver and it was exact!Also it fit like a glove although I wouldn`t have wanted to put on a few extra pounds!lol

I ordered in white as my wedding dress and I also took a part of sequins off as I dont like too many sequins. After ironing, it;s stunning!! it's a very classic look dress, everyone likes it. I was very happy I chose the the right dress.
The shape and the cut is very good which I think it was worth to wait and it didn't actually let me wait that long.
I am looking for another dress now for my coming up events as I like the idea of celebrity design and only need to pay reasonable price to get it.
